   Hello, thank-you for you web-site. Smile no longer supplys Electron cards, I wish I’d applied for one a month ago from them!! Eileen

     Hi Eileen,

     thank you for the update, I have already updated the list.
     I will change the Banks list structure soon to accommodate the changes. It was the same situation with First National.

   I opened a Smile account last week, but was told today (12/08/09) on the telephone that they have not issued Electron cards for about a month. They said that Visa no longer “do them”. As this was the only reason I opened the Smile account, I will be closing it.

     Hi Dave,

     thank you for sharing your experience. I guess we will have to make some sort of petition so banks start re-issuing Visa Electron cards again for our benefit!
     I had the same problem with Barclays, they used to do it, but not anymore, and it was just a matter of 2 weeks since my initial query.
