   I have jsut been on theo phone with them, and have just been told, they do not do visa electron

     Hi Maria, yes, unfortunately HSBC doesn’t issue Visa Electron cards. Please keep me posted if they change their minds. In the meantime, take a peek at the list of banks that do.

   I was on the phone for ages. No luck, Flybe.com want £45 on 4 flights on visa debit and mastercard maestro…. HSBC told me some stuff about security etc etc..
